Kitchen steward wanted in Mohave County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Mohave County, Arizona. You will work in a catering unit. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
