Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Shelby County, Iowa. The job is at a busy machine shop. Day to day you will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; load and index turning tools in the turret; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
