Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Lafayette County, Arkansas. Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Performance bonus on top of base pay.
