Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Lincoln County, New Mexico. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor Day-to-day duties: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
