Vacancy available: roofing technician (Arkansas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing technician in Ouachita County, Arkansas. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. On a typical shift you will set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs. Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
