Urgent requirement: bar bender and fixer (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Hamblen County, Tennessee. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine. What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
