Last-mile delivery rider • Monona County, Iowa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a last-mile delivery rider in Monona County, Iowa. You will be based at a quick-commerce grocery store. Requirements: • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts Day-to-day duties: • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box • Refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run Rotating shifts.
