Scaffolding erector wanted in Borough of Torbay

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Borough of Torbay, England. The job is at a shipyard. You will tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards. Requirements: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang £2,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
