Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
