Roofing technician — Alleghany County

Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing technician in Alleghany County, Virginia. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. What we are looking for: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Day to day you will hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck.
