We are recruiting: we are hiring a gardener in Orleans County, New York. You will be based in a residential garden complex. Your main tasks: • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
