Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Essien Udim, Akwa Ibom State. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
