Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Potter County, Pennsylvania. The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
