Immediate opening: ladle pourer (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Hampshire, England. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. You should have: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Day to day you will inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
