Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Jones County, Iowa. You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits.
