Dumper truck operator — Keokuk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Keokuk County, Iowa. You will be based at a landfill site. You will load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. You should have: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
