Now hiring: cnc lathe setter (Mississippi)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Sunflower County, Mississippi. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. On a typical shift you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. Requirements: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
