Aluminium TIG welder • Fremont County, Idaho

Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Fremont County, Idaho. You will work on a structural steel site. On the job you will handle: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols 2+ years on the tools preferred.
