Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Wilson County, Texas. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
