Cnc setter-operator • Prince George's County, Maryland

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Prince George's County, Maryland. On a typical shift you will run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear. Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm 5+ years on the tools preferred.
