Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Mecosta County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Mecosta County, Michigan. The job is on a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Day to day you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels.
