Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
