Now hiring: we are hiring a sample machinist in Cuming County, Nebraska. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. The role involves: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Part-time with flexible hours.
