Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Humboldt County, Nevada. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
