You should have: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg The role involves: • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience.
