We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in McCurtain County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
