Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Allen County, Kentucky. The job is at a wholesale meat market. Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
