Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Sherman County, Kansas. The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Overtime paid at a premium rate.
