Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
