Pastry baker wanted in Minidoka County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Minidoka County, Idaho. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
