Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel beater in Tehama County, California. The role involves mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
