Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Lake County, Ohio. Requirements: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances The role involves: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator We offer $11,750 per project plus benefits.
