You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending Your main tasks: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss 1+ years on the tools preferred.
