Urgent requirement: tower crane operator (Minnesota)

Now hiring: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Lincoln County, Minnesota. The job is on a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
