Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Davie County, North Carolina. You will be based at a halal meat counter. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 4+ years on the tools preferred.
