Paint and prep technician — Concordia Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a spray booth. Day-to-day duties: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Full-time, day shift.
