Join our team: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Ottawa County, Ohio. Day to day you will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; read lift plans and method statements before starting. You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
