Argon arc welder wanted in Cherokee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Cherokee County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard You will weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
