What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
