Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in City of Manassas Park, Virginia. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
