Cnc lathe setter • Benton County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Benton County, Minnesota. You will work in a tool room. Your main tasks: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Write and edit G-code programs at the control Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
