The role involves: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull Requirements: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Performance bonus on top of base pay.
