Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Richland County, North Dakota. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
