Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Bon Homme County, South Dakota. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
