Now hiring: gantry crane operator (Oklahoma)

Now hiring: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Kiowa County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a container port and shipping yard. You will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL). What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
