Urgent requirement: meat trimmer (Wales)

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around £2,550 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
