The role involves damp-wipe kitchen surfaces, hobs and microwaves; make up beds and change bed linen and towels; sweep, mop and vacuum floors across all assigned areas; report low stock, breakages and maintenance faults; dust and wipe down desks, window sills and skirting boards; mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets. Ideal candidate: • Fit to stand, bend and lift throughout long shifts • DBS or police check for site-based work • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely 1+ years on the tools preferred. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
