Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing technician in Marshall County, Illinois. You will be based on residential new-build sites. The role involves: • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Part-time with flexible hours.
