AC mechanic • Napa County, California

We are recruiting: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Napa County, California. You will be based at an HVAC contractor's workshop. Ideal candidate: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces The role involves: • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
