Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Morgan County, West Virginia. The job is in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
